Drivers employed by or contracted with Assurance Transports are strictly prohibited from using,

possessing, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on duty, including but not

limited to:

Consuming alcohol or using illegal drugs before or during shifts.

●

Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while operating a company or personal

vehicle for work purposes.

●

Misusing prescription or over-the-counter medications that may impair driving ability.
